Anna Bukowy is an architect based in Paris.

She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture with honours, with experience spanning Poland, Scandinavia and France. Her practice ranges across concept design, competition entries, and visual research in international contexts.

In France she collaborates with studios on design for cultural, residential and educational projects, leading early‑stage analysis, site reading and narrative visualisation with experience in Lina Ghotmeh Architecture and ailleurs.studio.

Her current focus develops the intersection of architectural theory and history with visual representation and material innovation. She tests local materiality through on‑site photography, cataloguing and prototyping, then translates these studies into design environments with custom AI models.

This combined theoretical and practical basis shapes locally-aware spatial systems and individually crafted material prototypes for the earliest project phases. In these stages she embraces experimentation and develops craft techniques aligned with human perception and material intelligence.

Anna contributes to education and debate through workshops and publications. She has taught sessions on AI‑assisted methods at MADI Master in Digital Architecture in Venice, and taken part in European workshops on responsible urbanism and collaborative design.

Her writing on methodology, practice and sustainability appears in journals including Architektura Murator and Architektura & Biznes, as well as platform pieces on design theory and process; selected texts include “A Collaboration Forged in Code and Canvas” (AI Art Magazine, no. 2, 2025), “Theory and practice, Plastic platform, exchange of ideas and tools, discussion with the Dean of Poznan University of Technology” (Architektura Murator, 02/2025), and “Collectives” (Architektura&Biznes, 12/22). Through this cross‑disciplinary work she advocates tools and narratives that read context more intelligently and make experimentation an integral part of architectural practice.
