MADI
In a nutshell
The university postgraduate degree is not to be confused with the numerous master’s that exist in the private sector: unlike these, in fact, the MADI confers a real degree.
Specifically, the first-level postgraduate course corresponds to level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework
With fourteen years of history, always sold out, MADI is the leading master’s program of the Iuav University of Venice.
They are now a real community, which sometimes meets. Some of them have come a long way and have also returned to the MADI to teach.
MADI lessons take place at the Iuav Architecture University, in the historic center, in Badoer and online
The focus of the master’s is digital tools for architecture. Therefore, we will not talk about the project (it has been talked about enough over the years of study) but about digital tools to design, verify, and communicate the project.
The modules will deal with polygonal, traditional and real-time rendering, post-production, video animation, 3D scans and virtual and immersive reality.
Optionally, there will be in-depth Artificial intelligence, special effects for visualization, complex materials
To offer both solid foundations and unconventional elements of disorder.
Here, you can find the teachers of the XIV edition. Over the past nine years, we have hosted the best experts in the field of visualization and digital tools for architecture.
To name a few:

MADI are MADI forever: from March to June about every 3 weeks there are aperi-MADI, open update events; in June 2019 we held the first reunion of all ex-MADI; In the meantime, the community abroad is growing and in some studios three or four ex-MADI are working at the same time.
